Silverado 4000 Outboard Fuel Line is resistant to ethanol blended fuels. This hose is EPA and CARB compliant. THV barrier layer to prevent permeation,polyester reinforcement for strength and a weather and UV resistant CPE cover. The gray color keeps hose cooler and helps prevent vapor lock. This hose is for above deck primer bulb applications, and is not fire retardant. Meets SAE J1527 Type B1-15.WARNING - Special care should be taken when coupling Shields series 331, 337 and 368 EPA approved barrier fuel hoses. Always use a lubricant when inserting a fitting.
